Late Arrival, Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life happens — but due to the nature of our sessions and limited spaces, we have the following policy in place, in line with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Late Arrival Policy

It is imperative to arrive before the scheduled Start Time. To preserve the quality of the experience for everyone in attendance:

* Entrance will not be permitted after the Start Time.

* No refunds will be given for late arrivals or missed sessions due to lateness.

2. Right to Cancel

If you book one of our sessions, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund - as long as the event has not already taken place or started. If the event takes place within the 14-day period and you have booked knowing this, you agree to waive your right to cancel under the cooling-off period.

3. Session/Event Cancellation Terms

Because we offer limited spaces for each event:

* Cancellations with 48+ hours’ notice: Full refund or option to reschedule (subject to availability).

* Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% refund or reschedule at our discretion.

* Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: No refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To reschedule or request a refund, please contact us at thatsoundlady01@gmail.com or use the Contact Us Form providing your full name, booking reference, and reason for cancellation.

Refunds (when applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. If We Cancel

If ThatSoundLady has to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to move to another date.
