Cocoon Sound Bath

£33.00

A deeply immersive Sound Experience where you will be ‘cocooned’ in a hammock and bathed in sound vibrations around and underneath you - created by various instruments.

Session 1: 6pm

Session 2: 7:15pm

Doors open 5 minutes before the Session time.

*Each hammock can hold up to 20 stone in weight*

If you are driving, you will need to find nearby street parking and parking in Earlsdon can be tricky. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

The venue is situated behind Serenity Space. Walk up the alley way to the left hand side, past the vintage bicycle on the wall, take a right and Rebel Manifesto Aerial is hidden away at the end of the tunnel.

Bring a blanket, a cushion, an eye mask, a bottle of water to drink and maybe a hot water bottle for some extra warmth.

Comfort is key to enjoying your experience - so wear loose comfortable clothing, maybe a dressing gown/oodie and some big fluffy socks.

*It is best NOT to wear jewellery as it can snag the silk hammocks*

Switch off your phone/smart watch, before you are helped into the hammock, so you’re comfy and settled.

Afterwards...

It may be beneficial to limit busy events, and plan to rest for the remainder of the day. Some people like to journal afterwards.

Keep well hydrated, eat nourishing foods and avoiding alcohol and other stimulants.

You may feel tired or emotional for a day or two. It is common and will clear, leaving you with a greater sense of wellbeing and calmness.
