Charity Sound Bath in Coventry | CRASAC Fundraiser

£0.00

8pm, 4th September (Doors open at 7:50pm)

A Sound Bath with a difference 🤫

This September, That Sound Lady is taking part in a Sponsored Silence to raise money and awareness for CRASAC, a local charity.

Each Saturday in September will be speechless.

Starting with this special Sound Bath on 4th September, where she won’t be using her voice at all. The experience will be created entirely through the sounds of the instruments.

Tickets are FREE, but booking is essential. Please book your space here and bring a cash donation with you on the day for CRASAC.

You don’t need to be silent — the silence is hers 🤍

Thank you for your support.

What to bring

  • A blanket

  • An eye mask (optional)

  • A bottle of water

Comfort is key, so wear loose, comfortable clothing.

If sitting on the floor isn't comfortable for you, you're very welcome to use one of the chairs available at the side of the room.

Please switch off your phone and allow yourself to fully switch off too.

During the Sound Bath

Sometimes you'll hear outside noises or the sounds of others getting settled. Life is rarely silent.

During a Sound Bath, we practise letting those sounds exist without letting them carry us away. Simply notice them, return your attention to your breath, and allow yourself to settle again.

It's a skill that becomes easier with practice, and one you may find helpful long after the session ends.

Afterwards

Drink plenty of water, enjoy nourishing food and take things gently if you can. Many people leave feeling deeply relaxed, so give yourself a little time before rushing back into a busy evening.

Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.
