During a Sound experience your brain shifts into Theta waves. Similar to the transitional moments between wakefulness and sleep. In this state your subconscious mind becomes more open to suggestion, allowing new beliefs to take root.

Which is when our Hypnotherapist - Jackie Slora from Freedom Evolution www.freedomevolution.co.uk will use a guided hypnosis to rewire your mindset.
